What is body sculpting?

Body sculpting is a non-surgical method designed to target and eliminate fat cells in the body, reshaping and toning areas such as the upper arms, abdomen, hips, and thighs. Beyond fat reduction, it also effectively minimizes cellulite, enhances blood circulation, and strengthens connective tissues. This procedure is especially suitable for individuals who are close to their desired weight but wish to refine and contour specific areas.

How does body sculpting work?

Body sculpting treatments utilize various forms of energy to eliminate fat cells and visibly enhance skin tightness. Following the procedure, the body naturally processes and eliminates the treated fat cells over the course of approximately 3-4 months, with most individuals observing the full results during this period.

Is body sculpting safe? Does it hurt?

Body sculpting is a non-invasive procedure and generally causes little to no discomfort. Side effects are typically minimal, such as mild discomfort, swelling, or a warm sensation in the treated region. Nonetheless, it’s advisable to consider your medical history before undergoing treatment. Our knowledgeable and friendly practitioners will help determine the most suitable procedure for your needs.

What is the Duration of a Body Sculpting Session?

The duration of a body sculpting session can vary, ranging from 45 minutes to over an hour, depending on the specific treatment. Generally, clients should anticipate 4-8 sessions to complete the treatment, with the full effects becoming apparent over the subsequent 3-4 months. Appointments are typically scheduled 7-14 days apart to optimize results.

How Should I Prepare for Body Sculpting?

Unlike some procedures that require fasting, body sculpting preparations are straightforward. Here are some recommended steps before your appointment:

  • Increase your water intake two days prior to the treatment. Adequate hydration enhances the effectiveness of the procedure, as it targets water within fat cells.
  • Avoid direct sunlight exposure to the treatment areas for a week beforehand to prevent sunburn.
  • Refrain from wearing makeup or deodorant on the treatment area, as these products may irritate the skin during the procedure.
What Can I Expect After Body Sculpting?

Since body sculpting procedures are non-invasive, you can resume your regular activities immediately after treatment. You may experience some temporary redness, swelling, or tenderness in the treated area for a few days, but discomfort is typically minimal.
